Descripción de establecimientos

En Waddi y sus colaboradores nos esforzamos por ofrecer descripciones de establecimientos lo más precisas posible. Para ello, consultamos diversas fuentes fiables y recopilamos toda la información disponible. Estas descripciones se refieren a cualquier establecimiento que mostremos en la plataforma. Si considera que la descripción de un establecimiento no se corresponde con lo que ha recibido, por favor, póngase en contacto con nosotros cuanto antes.

El acceso a Waddi se ofrece mediante un pago único y sin renovación automática en las siguientes modalidades:

Todos los periodos de acceso comienzan en el momento en que se confirma el pago y finalizan al término del plazo seleccionado. Estas compras no se renuevan automáticamente y no incluyen suscripción ni periodo de prueba alguno.

Su cuenta de Waddi es estrictamente personal e intransferible, destinada exclusivamente a su uso. No podrá venderla, prestarla, compartirla ni cederla a ninguna otra persona o entidad. Cualquier intento de transferencia o uso compartido de la cuenta o de sus beneficios con terceros no miembros está prohibido.

Para garantizar el uso correcto de los servicios y prevenir fraudes, nuestros colaboradores se reservan el derecho a solicitar un documento de identidad que acredite que usted es el titular legítimo de la cuenta al hacer uso de los beneficios. Usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de los datos de su cuenta y de todas las actividades que se realicen bajo la misma.

El incumplimiento de estos términos podrá dar lugar a la cancelación inmediata de su cuenta y a la pérdida de todos los beneficios asociados. Waddi se reserva el derecho a investigar cualquier infracción y a emprender las acciones legales pertinentes contra quienes vulneren estas condiciones.

Procesamiento de pagos con Lemon Squeezy

En nuestra plataforma utilizamos Lemon Squeezy para gestionar las transacciones de pago. Al adquirir un acceso o servicio con nosotros, aceptas los términos y condiciones de Lemon Squeezy como nuestro proveedor de pagos. Lemon Squeezy procesa de forma segura todos los pagos relacionados con tu compra y no interviene en las transacciones entre usuarios y nuestros socios comerciales. Nuestros servicios cumplen con las políticas de Lemon Squeezy, diseñadas para garantizar operaciones en línea seguras y eficientes.

Socios comerciales

En la plataforma, llamamos “socios” a los negocios que ofrecen a nuestros miembros todo tipo de ventajas: descuentos porcentuales, productos gratuitos, ofertas 2×1, artículos exclusivos o trato preferente. Waddi ha firmado acuerdos con cada uno de estos establecimientos; no obstante, la disponibilidad de sus beneficios depende de ellos y puede variar en cualquier momento. Por ello, los descuentos o promociones podrán incorporarse, modificarse o eliminarse sin previo aviso.

Waddi no se hace responsable de que un socio no aplique la ventaja prometida. Si esto ocurre, ponte en contacto con nosotros y comunicaremos el incidente al establecimiento implicado. Si el problema persiste, retiraremos al socio de nuestra plataforma.

Recopilación y uso de la información

Cuando uses nuestro Servicio, podemos solicitarte ciertos datos de carácter personal que nos permitan contactarte o identificarte. Al suscribirte a nuestro boletín, aceptas recibir boletines de nuestra parte.El objetivo de nuestro servicio de boletín es mantener a nuestros clientes y visitantes informados sobre nuevas versiones de software o nuevas ofertas de servicios.

La suscripción a nuestro servicio de boletín no es obligatoria y todos los usuarios deben introducir su información y aceptar nuestros Términos y Condiciones para ser añadidos a nuestra lista de correo.

Todos los boletines enviados incluyen al final del correo el botón de “Cancelar suscripción/Optar por salir”, dando al receptor la opción de darse de baja.

Responsabilidad limitada

Nos reservamos el derecho exclusivo de modificar o descontinuar el boletín en cualquier momento y con o sin previo aviso a los suscriptores. En ningún caso seremos responsables ante los suscriptores ni terceros por la suspensión, modificación o cese del servicio de boletín. Cualquier nueva función o mejora que introduzcamos en el servicio estará también sujeta a estos Términos de Uso.

Asimismo, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la suscripción de cualquier usuario o visitante al boletín sin previo aviso si detectamos que se ha registrado con datos falsos.

Política de Privacidad

Política de reembolsos

Waddi se compromete a reembolsar el 100 % del importe abonado por el acceso si la plataforma deja de funcionar por causas que nos sean imputables.

No obstante, Waddi queda exonerada de cualquier reembolso cuando un socio modifique o deje de ofrecer el beneficio contratado (consulte la sección de “Socios”). Del mismo modo, Waddi no se hace responsable de los reembolsos por compras efectuadas directamente con un socio, ya que cada socio gestiona sus propios pagos y políticas de devolución.

Waddi solo procesa el pago único por el acceso a la plataforma y no interviene en las transacciones entre usuarios y socios. Para solicitar un reembolso, envíe un correo a hello@waddiapp.com con los detalles de su caso. Nos reservamos el derecho de evaluar cada petición de forma individual para proteger tanto a nuestros usuarios como la integridad de nuestro servicio.

Incumplimiento de nuestros Términos y Condiciones

En caso de que no cumplas con estos Términos y Condiciones, Waddi podrá suspender temporalmente o cancelar tu perfil sin previo aviso y/o retener cualquier pago hasta que se solucione el problema. Dicha suspensión o cancelación no te dará derecho a compensación alguna.

Si existiese alguna discrepancia entre estos Términos y Condiciones y una condición específica de una oferta proporcionada por Waddi, prevalecerá lo último. Si alguna disposición de estos Términos de Uso es declarada nula o inaplicable, total o parcialmente, por un tribunal u órgano administrativo competente, dicha nulidad o inaplicabilidad no afectará al resto de disposiciones.

Incumplimiento de obligaciones legales

Si tenemos pruebas o indicios de actividades ilegales por parte de los usuarios—incluyendo, pero no limitado a, acoso, difusión de rumores o información falsa, o propagación de malware—Waddi podrá notificar y cooperar con las autoridades policiales y judiciales competentes.

Waddi and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible when generating venues descriptions. We do this mainly by consulting with different credible sources to get as much information as possible. These descriptions may refer to the descriptions of any venue we show. If a venue description does not closely match what you have been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Access to Waddi is offered as a one-time, non-recurring payment in the following options:

All access periods begin immediately upon successful payment and expire at the end of the selected term. These purchases do not automatically renew, and no subscription or trial applies.

Your Waddi account is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is intended for your exclusive use and may not be sold, lent, shared, or transferred to any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer or share your account or benefits with non-members is prohibited. Waddi partners reserve the right to request identification documents to verify that you are the legitimate account holder when redeeming benefits, ensuring proper use and preventing fraud. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account, including forfeiture of benefits. Waddi reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms.

Payment Processing with Lemon Squeezy

We use Lemon Squeezy to manage subscriptions and payment transactions on our platform. By purchasing a membership or product from us, you acknowledge and accept Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions as our payment processor. Lemon Squeezy securely processes all payments related to your subscription or purchase, and does not handle any transactions between users and our business partners. Our services comply with Lemon Squeezy’s policies, which are designed for safe and efficient online transactions.

Partners

Partners are businesses featured on the platform that offer various benefits to members, such as percentage discounts, free items, 2-for-1 deals, unique products, or preferential treatment. Waddi has signed agreements with all of these partners. However, Waddi cannot guarantee that benefits will always be available, as this depends on the individual partner. Benefits may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notifying users.

Waddi is not responsible if a partner fails to apply the promised discount. If you encounter a situation where a partner doesn't apply the discount, we recommend contacting us. We will then inform the partner of the issue. If the problem persists, we will remove the partner from the platform.

Information collection and use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address (“Personal Information”). We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/enquiries, and improving our services

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. Email newsletters

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive newsletters from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new software releases or new service offerings. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory and all users have to enter their information and agree with our Terms and Conditions in order to be added to our newsletter list. All newsletters sent out have the Unsubscribe/Opt Out button at the bottom of the email giving the receiver the option to opt out.

The frequency of the newsletter issues will be once to maximum twice a week. Remember that order confirmations, event information, account verification, and other crucial emails are not considered as newsletters.

Limited Liability

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice to the subscribers. We will not be liable to the subscribers or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users/visitors from or newsletter service, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.

Refund policy

Waddi commits to offering a 100 % refund of the one-time access fee if the platform ceases to function due to causes attributable to us.

However, Waddi is exempt from providing refunds if a partner changes or withdraws the promised benefit (see “Partners” section). Likewise, Waddi is not responsible for refunds on purchases made directly with a partner, as each partner processes its own payments and maintains its own refund policy.

Waddi only processes the one-time access payment to our platform and does not handle any charges related to transactions between users and partners. To request an eligible refund, please contact hello@waddiapp.com with your case details. We reserve the right to evaluate each request individually to protect both our users and the integrity of our service.

Non-Compliance with our Terms & Conditions

In case you do not comply with these T&Cs, Waddi may temporary suspend, cancel your profile without notice and/or withhold payment until the issue has been resolved. Any suspension or cancelation does not entitle you to any compensation.

In case of discrepancy between the T&C and a specific condition of an offer provided by Waddi, the latter shall prevail. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use are considered null and void or inapplicable, either in whole or in part, by any competent Court or administrative body, said nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms of Use.

Non-Compliance with legal obligations

In case of proof or suspicion of illegal activity by its users, including to but not limited to, harassment, spreading rumors and false information, and spreading malware, Waddi may notify and cooperate with the competent police and legal authorities.
